Who can use this platform?

Anyone - property owners, agents, landlords, or tenants β€” can register and start listing or browsing residential and commercial properties.

How do I list a property?

πŸ“ Step 1: Register an Account

- Click on the "User Icon" or "Add Property" button on the top right of the website. Click "Sign Up" below the login form.


- Fill in your username, email address and create a password.
- After submitting, you will redirect to home page.

πŸ‘€ Step 2: Join as an Agent / Owner

- Go to "My Profile".


- Click "Become An Agent".

πŸ“„ Step 3: Complete Your Profile
Before posting your listing, you must complete your profile with the following information:



- Upload Avatar
- Full Name
- Phone Number (format must be 601XXXXXXXX to allow WhatsApp inquiries)
- Company Name, Position, Office Number & Address, Licenses (REN Number) (for registered agents only)
- Location (your area or operating city)
- Social Urls

⚠️ Incomplete profiles may not be able to receive inquiries or have listings approved.

πŸ’Ό Step 4: Choose a Subscription Plan


- Navigate to the "My Package" section.


- Choose a Free Plan or Paid Plans.


πŸ”” Free plan is activated instantly upon admin approval.


Paid plans will be activated after bank transfer payment is received and verified by our admin team.


- You are allow to upgrade your plan from lower to higher plans.

🏠 Step 5: Post Your Property

- Click on "Add Property".
- Fill in the property details, upload clear photos, and submit.

πŸ”” Your listing will be reviewed by the admin before being published.

Once approved, your listing will be live on the site, and potential buyers or tenants can contact you directly β€” especially via WhatsApp if your phone number is properly formatted.

How long does it take for my listing to go live?

All property listings β€” whether under the Free, Business, or Enterprise plan β€” require admin approval before being published. Listings are typically reviewed and approved within 24 hours after submission (and payment confirmation for paid plans).

Can I edit or remove a listing later?

Yes, log into your dashboard and go to "My Properties" to update, hide, or delete your property anytime during your active plan period.

What subscription plans are available?

We offer:

  • Free Plan - 3 listings
  • Business Plan – 12 listings
  • Enterprise Plan – 120 listings
How do I pay for a subscription?

Currently, we only accept bank transfer. After selecting a plan, you will receive bank details. Send your payment proof to support to activate your plan.

Can I cancel or get a refund for a plan?

No. All subscriptions are final. Once a plan is subscribed and payment made, there is no cancellation or refund, regardless of reason. All payments are made to Alphako Sdn Bhd.

We review all listings before publishing, but CTProperties.com.my is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or legitimacy of any listing content or images. Please contact the agent or owner directly for verification.

Does the platform help with property sales or legal issues?

No. We provide connection and exposure only. We do not engage in negotiations, legal documentation, or sales processing.
