4. Subscription Plans
We offer both free and paid subscription plans for agents and property owners to list and promote their properties. By subscribing to any paid plan:
- All payments are made to Alphako Sdn Bhd, the owner of CTProperties.com.my.
- All payments are final. Once a plan is subscribed and payment is made, no cancellation, refund, or transfer will be allowed for any reason, including but not limited to early termination, lack of use, or account suspension.
You are responsible for reviewing the plan details before making payment. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, logos, branding, and functionality on CTProperties.com.my are the intellectual property of Alphako Sdn Bhd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
However, property listing information, images, and descriptions are submitted by individual users (such as agents or property owners). CTProperties.com.my does not claim ownership or responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or originality of user-submitted content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and publish such content.
By submitting content to the platform, you grant CTProperties.com.my a non-exclusive license to display and promote that content on the website.
6. Limitation of Liability
CTProperties.com.my acts only as a digital advertising platform. We are not responsible for:
- Accuracy of user-submitted listings
- Any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from property transactions
- Third-party links or services accessed through our platform
7. Termination
CTProperties.com.my reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate our Terms of Use, post misleading or prohibited content, or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
In the case of account termination, no refunds will be issued for any active or remaining paid subscription time. This applies regardless of the reason for termination. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that all payments are non-refundable and paid to Alphako Sdn Bhd.
